Tottenham right back Kyle Walker has responded to transfer rumors linking him with a move away from White Hart Lane which make it seem unlikely that he will leave soon.
Reports have emerged that Manchester United and Manchester City are said to be interested in Walker and defensive partner Danny Rose. Jose Mourinho is yet to establish his first choice defence at Old Trafford and is set to be searching the market for a centre back and left back.
However 26-year-old Walker effectively ruled out a transfer anytime soon by indicating that he does not wish to play outside Spurs. During a live Q and A session with Spurs fans on Instagram when asked about being valued at £60 million, Walker responded, “Tottenham till I die”.
With Walker currently displaying good form, this news will be well received by Tottenham fans. Unless Walker has a massive slump in form, he is thus likely to stay for years to come.
