MANCHESTER UNITED SIGNS ZLATAN IBRAHIMOVIC

Zlatan Ibrahimovic all set to sign for Manchester United

Renowned Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf are convinced that Zlatan Ibrahimovic has signed for Manchester United on a free transfer to join his former mentor Jose Mourinho at Old Trafford.

Mirror have followed on the story and are convinced that the 34-year-old is said to have agreed a one-year deal with an option for a further year, and the move could be announced within the next 48 hours.

Ibrahimovic is keen to resolve his future before Euro 2016 after deciding to quit PSG this summer. AC Milan, Arsenal, Chelsea, LA Galaxy and an unnamed Chinese club were keen on the signing the Swedish superstar, however, Zlatan was always eager to link up with Mourinho.
Now that Jose is just an announcement away from being the new Manchester United manager, The Red Devils have acted quickly and signed Ibra on a one-year deal. He may have joined on a free transfer but will command a hefty salary.<!––nextpage––>
Another interesting angle covered by De Telegraaf is that, there are plans for Zlatan to become an ‘assistant coach’ at Manchester United after his playing career. He will indeed join as a player and won’t become a coach until after his retirement, probably in a few years from now.
Things are clearly looking on the up for Manchester United who are set to enter a new era under Mourinho with Zlatan being at the center of everything.
Just as I was about to close this article, news has just come in that bookmakers around the world have suspended betting on Zlatan joining Manchester United next season. Perhaps we can be assured of seeing a Mourinho-Ibrahimovic reunion at Old Trafford sooner rather than later.
